Fairly clean hotel, greatly enjoyed to be not far from the garden, grill right by the canal and lovely sandy beaches and a seal colony thanks to great location. We have spent 4 days in king room with good facilities.

my recent stay in great yarmouth was amazing, but this time staying at bastwick house b&b was even better. the hosts were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and cared for. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. i can't wait to return later this year.

The hosts at this B&B were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They offered a variety of breakfast options and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the bathroom was large and well-maintained, with amenities provided. the parking area was ample and communication with the hosts was excellent.
There was no lock on the outside of the bedroom door, leaving us to trust other guests when we were away from the property.
